"Went in for an Amazon return, received a 20% off coupon and saw the kids section was having sale so I thought “what the heck I might as well look around as our son is in between sizes” As I was shopping a nice lady asked me if I was finding everything ok and then at the checkout Ryan who I found out in conversation was the store manager was exceptional, he helped me with a price conflict and explained to me the reasoning behind it. I explained I was a store manager in retail for many years and he said he’s being doing it for 30+ years. Let me tell you, you have a gem there this store has not always been the best ran or esthetically pleasing but everything was great today, and I would say it has a lot to do with Ryan’s leadership!"
