"I left this store feeling bad and embarrassed. The employees at this store made me feel like the snobby lady made Julia Roberts from Pretty Woman feel. I had $200 in gift cards and plenty of cash to buy what I went in for. These people chose to judge me because I had on a leather jacket and may not have looked up to their standards. I had just gotten off work from working 16 hrs and was tired. I would have been a very good repeat customer but thanks to to the unkind employees I will never go back."
"The actual store is ok. But beware do not let them talk you into a creator card even if you don’t use it you get charged a service fee. It adds up and if you don’t know you owe it because you didn’t use the card they will charge you a late fee. That adds up. So disappointed in their credit care service policy’s and handling. I will no longer shop ulta. I will go to Kansas City to dillards or macys for my Clinique make up"

"I went in today to kill time and to find a new lipstick. Now I am stuck with this lipstick for possibly the rest of my life because it won’t come off. I washed my face four times, took a shower, put lip balm on and my lipstick still looks exactly the same as when I left the store. I don’t know what to do. I guess I will have to have perfect lipstick the rest of my life since this is not coming off. Thank you to the general manager who has simultaneously helped my life and ruined my life. NYX lip stain/gloss combo."
"My daughter made an appointment online for 2:45, they didn't even get her back to her appointment until 3:15. All she needed were lashes put on, super easy task for someone who does makeup for a living at Ulta Beauty. The lady gets my daughter's lashes on asks her what she thinks, she tells her that they aren't even on right and the lady proceeds to disagree and not fix it. See picture below. You can see the gap between the fake lashes and my daughter's natural lashes. Why even ask if you aren't going to correct your mistake and just argue that you didn't even make a mistake? I definitely wouldn't recommend this place for makeup or lash appointments. There are plenty of hair places around here that can do this and they do a much better job. The best part is the hair places will actually care what you think and correct it."
