"Very frustrated with the lack of customer service I have received from the assistants with this agent. They have canceled my insurance twice unbeknownst to me cause they mailed the cancellation to my old address. The second time it was canceled was because, get this “the person that dropped the ball on your account was fired.” How unprofessional to even say that. I was promised a call back almost a week ago. I have called twice since and STILL haven’t been able to speak to someone to get it resolved. Constant failed promises of a call back. Find another agent! Don’t make the same mistake I did."
