"I wish I could give more stars, I absolutely love them. They were excellent with everything from the customer service to the service done on my car. I initially walked in requesting just my A/C to be fixed but I ended up getting brake work done too, but they unexpectedly fixed my front Bumper on my car too. I hated driving around with my bumper looking like it did , but I really really appreciate whoever did it for me. I’m so glad I trusted firestone, to work on my car."

It was a Sunday afternoon & the person we spoke with about the situation was very empathetic & said they’d work to get them in & on the road by 5:00. "They are always efficient and do a great job. I can usually get an appointment when I need one and they return my vehicle when they say. The prices are right, as well. Also, I live off the main, paved road about 3 miles so my alignment is always going out. I got their lifetime alignment so I don't have to pay $100 every couple months to get my alignment back in order. Just part of the fun of living rural (and wouldn't go back to urban for anything)."
