"I wanted to give this company a better rating but the impolite and rude lady that works there stopped me from doing it. Customer service, GOOD customer service is very important when you have competition. To receive unwarranted rude behavior the first time you make contact with someone if just mind bottling. Reading some of the responses to the not so good customer ratings confirms my thoughts. If you can get past that, they do OK work."

"First time I used d and s auto and will return if I need one of my vehicles worked on. I had an issue with our truck and couldn't figure it out. It was a wiring issue and they were able to solve it. Should have gone there first rather than trying to fix myself. They were great at following up and explaining what work was done and made sure I understood. Great people. And the price was very good. I was appreciative of the work they did."
