There was no wait time and the staff was very helpful when answering my questions. I ended up getting new tires (all of mine were fairly worn down) and everything was done in less than 30 minutes. "The team at this location took a negative and turned it into a great experience. I ordered tires online and made an appointment 6 days prior. I received two or three confirmation texts about my appointment in the days before. I showed up to my appointment and it was taking a very long time to get in. After being 20 minutes late a nice man came out and explained my tires haven't shown up. I was very frustrated. I decided to cancel the order and left. Not even 5 minutes later the manager called and offered me a better tire for the same price. They then stayed open an hour late for me to come back and get the tires on. Long story short, I will definitely come back to this store and give them my business. They earned it!"
