"Called this location they didn't bother to tell me the part was at one of the other locations. So after I drove an hour I was told by a rude man that my parts were at another location 30 minutes away. When I got there first they couldn't find it then they said it would be 20 to 30 min to pull it. Didn't have time to wait so left without the part. Wasted 3 hrs of my day and $20 in gas. First, last and only trip to Midway."

"very very upset at a unreasonable yard minimum that will drive off many of us long term customers that have been there for decades. that always need more yard help to speed up their service but their inventory is really big and they just need to ramp up customer service and help the little guys as well as the big accounts."
