"Giving five stars as to not drag the rating down, because I am so happy there is a grocery store in the middle of this neighborhood! That being said, customer service is hit, or miss. On my last visit the cashier checking me out was super unprofessional, and even stopped in the middle of my transaction to open the chiefs game on her phone and check the score. She then proceeded to speculate about the game, scores, etc. despite me expressing no interest. She began talking to other employees about the game and ignoring my groceries. When I was getting ready to pay one of her family members showed up at the checkout, and they proceeded to have another chat while I was waiting on my receipt. Check out was very long and I felt I was being ignored most of the time. That being said 90% of my visits have been good! Prices are high but I suppose you pay for convenience. Produce is surprisingly good for a smaller store!"
