"I’ve had the worst experience the last couple of weeks with rent a center. District manger can’t even call me about my experience. This place is a joke. Update: the district manager finally called me. After many times trying to reach him. Still very disappointed and dissatisfied with the response he gave me. I had called corporate 3 times and the store many times to try to speak with the district manager and I’m just now hearing back.? At my job I had 72 hours to reach out to a customer not 2/3 weeks. lol. My washer was not draining and actually FLOODED my laundry room to the point the I have to replace the walls and floors. When I finally got a loaner washer it sounded like a god da** helicopter was in my house it was so loud. Not to mention they set it up incorrectly and flooded my laundry room again. THE ONLY reason the district manager called me today is because of my review. This is breach of contract. I’m going to the BBB and getting a lawyer. Get ready to pay me rent a center."
"Phil is rude and dishonest! He told me another rent a center gave me a poor customer review and when I spoke with that manager they said they never spoke with him and gladly took my business back! Phil also told me that he and I had an entire conversation that never happened. If you want to use rent a center, go to Grandview. Corey is AWESOME!!"
