"Before you decide to do business with this company make sure you are not being locked in to a 5-10 year contract as other companies in the area do NOT require this type of commitment. I recommend looking at other security/camera companies in the area and getting multiple bids before making a decision to work with Watchmen. We were locked into a TEN year contract and unfortunately Watchmen was unable to fulfil its promise to us of maintaining our security system for that full term. They wanted to install a new system for a considerably higher price than their competitors, even though they said they would give us "a discounted price" to install a new system AND lock us into another 5 year term. We opted to cut ties with them after EIGHT years of being loyal customers and they still charged us over $2,300 for services they were unable to fulfil for the remaining two years. We tried to work out a resolution with them that would satisfy both parties as we split ways amicably. Unfortunately our split was not amicable and we will not do business with this company again. They took the $2,300 "settlement" payment out of our account without our authorization after sending us an email stating, "Sorry that I wasn't able to assist you further." I am disappointed in both the service we received and the way this relationship ended."

"I recently contracted Watchmen Security Services to protect our home and family. I was immediately impressed by the fact the company owner came personally early on a Saturday morning. He did an excellent job of listening to our requirements and concerns and how his security solutions matched up to our requirements. The hardware is excellent and surpassed our expectations. Not only do you get 24/7 monitoring but you also get many automated home features as an added benefit. Watchmen spent over an hour during our initial consultation and we never felt rushed. He demonstrated all the features of the system and showed what would happen if there was a home intrusion. We also were instructed on all of the mobile features and how we can monitor and control all features from our mobile phones. The best part? If my teenage son decides to sneak out one night I will get an email notification before he even makes it off the property.
