"After waiting in line 45min the computer crash in the line I was in. I asked if they could put me in front of the line somewhere else since I waited so long. The manager at the time told me to do self check I out. Explain I had WIC so I couldn't. He told me to put my stuff back in basket and get I to another line. The cashier was more helpful. She asked people if I could get be first and help me move my groceries."
"Yeah, I’ve shopped at this Hy-Vee for years. Unfortunately it’s changed a lot. It’s OK if they are not busy although prices are a little high it’s better than having to deal with Walmart. I just wish the area wasn’t as bad as it is definitely getting worse it’s not a place I like to visit anymore."
