"It's just a place I get good prices on food for wildlife, winged, 4-leg, 2-leg, feral, strays, etc. The quality is pretty good and I am supplied all year long through Wal-mart. This facility keeps it pretty stock on the items I get. The wildlife is better than the domestic animals food variety."

"This store is evil I would never come here. Their health pavilion offered a $20 store credit for touring it—they never sent it. The 800 number said to talk to the store to get. One of the employees is like laughing at her eyes. It's unsympathetic. I wouldn't go to the store if you're white: they're racist here."

"I made an order two nights ago for a delivery yesterday evening. It was delayed two hours, then without a time frame. It was delivered during the day while I was at work. It included milk (gratefully not ice cream). So, I ordered milk again to be delivered this evening. Guess what got delayed!!! Frustrating but not the end of the world. Try to call them, on the other hand... ridiculous. I call three times to the delivery department. On the third call, it transfers to customer service. When I try to tell her I've already called and let it ring for 10 minutes each time (thank goodness I'm a multi-tasker). She said, "it's not my department" and sent me over. I'm now listening to the phone ringing as I try them AGAIN!!! I got more done on the automated system than by reaching out to the store. If anybody ever complains to me that they're too automated, I'm just going to remind them of the "no respect" policy this store has put in place."

"If I were the manager here, I would be so embarrassed. They obviously have no clue how to train and motivate employees. Friday at 5pm on tax free school supply weekend and there were unpacked boxes in the aisles. Waited in line for over half an hour, all the cashiers seemed to not care at all about checking people through. Mayne if the managment paid them a decent wage and gave them training this wouldn't have been such a long experience. I seriuosly can't believe how slow the check out experience was."
