"It was easy to get a convenient appointment for my oil change and tire rotation. I was early and they took care of me right away. My service advisor, Ryan, knew exactly what was recommended based on my service records and mileage and applied my customer discounts. Upon inspection, the technician found the engine air filter dirty and suggested replacing it. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. They had my car finished in less than an hour. I called the next day having noticed that the clutch operation and hydraulic clutch reservoir fluid weren't documented on the multi-point inspection checklist. Ryan apologized and confirmed that they had been checked and that the technician most likely overlooked it on the checklist since manual transmissions aren't common. He also confirmed that the clutch fluid usually isn't due until 50K miles."

"I had such a great and easy experience with April. I walked in knowing what vehicle I wanted but she made sure everything was in order and nothing was missed. My first visit with April consisted of my test drive and finding out all the information on the jeep I found in their inventory. April sat with me and helped figure out what necessary paperwork was going to be needed for my case.
