"I rented a car from the Avis in Liberty for the first time a couple weeks ago and I cannot express enough how wonderful of an experience it was. They were able to get me a rental car last minute when Delta cancelled my flight without warning. They provided a nice, clean car that was practically brand new and had nice upgraded features (leather seats and good tech options). And the gentleman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Also their prices were lower than other rental places in the area which is always nice! I have to rent cars often for work and I typically don’t rent them through Avis but I will be booking with them from now on. Thanks for everything"

"Very quick and easy to set up online. Walked in at 6:58 am, they open at 7 according to the website and they were ready for me. The guy running the counter was professional and friendly. Was in and out in 6 or 7 minutes. The return was even quicker. Great job. Highly recommend."

"Good prices. But drop off rules change and some staff will charge you extra for a couple hours late drop off and some won’t. No consistency. And the deposit takes forever to get back in your account. An just know if you rent a cheep car, the hourly rate maybe more than your actual rental. Kind of scandalous."
