"I visited Suntrup for an oil change and ignition security update. I didn't have the several hours needed for that, so I just got the oil changed. That was complete in less than an hour."

"I dropped my car 2021 Sorento off for a Tuesday morning appt to have them fix an issue that requires me to jump the battery every time I start my car (despite the fact that my battery, alternator, and starter all tested good). It’s now Saturday, and I’ve heard nothing in the last 5 days other than “we’re still working on finding the issue”. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of it all is that I pay an annual fee for Kia Connect, which allows me to see a variety of features at any given time from an app on my phone. I’ve checked this app many, many times daily, and thus far, there has been literally one occasion in which my car’s hood was open. Otherwise, the app continues to show my car parked in the same spot, outside and unlocked. If the dealership is unable or unwilling to diagnose and correct the issue, I would prefer honesty and not continually be given the runaround. I personally feel that because said issue is to be covered under warranty, that there is zero sense of urgency from the service department to address and resolve the issue. And I assure you I will most certainly never buy a Kia from this dealership ever again."

"Usually great service but this visit wasn't so good. The little things that were not done and to me seemed like excuses on getting it right and correcting mistakes made. I really would like to hear from someone to explain my not so good experience and what the dealership will do differently to earn and keep my business."

"Scheduled an 7:00am appointment and told them I would drop off my vehicle the night before to have a piece fixed on my headlight which they said would take about 15 minutes. When I called the next morning at 9:30am to see if my car was ready I was told that the 7:00am appointment was only an appointment to talk with a service advisor (I dropped the car off the night before and did not talk to anyone) I was then told that the car would be ready anytime between 7:00am and 6:00pm and that my vehicle would be fixed when they had time that day. I had to leave town and returned after the service department was closed therefore I was without my car until Monday morning."

"Called and told clock spring assembly was covered under a 2020 recall notice. When I drove an hour to get there I was informed it would not be covered because I had a salvage title. All information on phone was the same as what they had at dealership. Because I need a working air bag, I was forced to pay almost 400.00. I recommend that anybody seeing this, that they should stay away from this shady Kia dealership on Lindbergh Blvd. They diagnosed and made repair in about 1 hour which made me question why I was forced to pay 150.00 for diagnosing the problem when they already knew the problem. I was thinking about getting a car from them but not a chance now. They are shady as what they promised they changed at the dealership. Do business with them and your looking to get ripped off. If they do this to a recall item, imagine their markup on a vehicle purchase. I was totally ripped off as they knew I had to have an air bag."
