"Unfortunately I was disappointed, took my carpet cleaning machine in on a Saturday was told it would be ready by Thursday, no phone call on Thursday no phone call on Friday no phone call on the next Saturday I finally called on the following Monday and they said it was ready. Picked it up on Tuesday the machine was under warranty but I still had to pay a $20 cleaning fee Disappointed. NOW THE MACHINE HAS QUIT WORKING AGAIN, DON'T WASTE YOU TIME GOING HERE."

"Friendly person in the store. He figured out quickly what was wrong and fixed it just as fast. Probably could've done it myself in hindsight but it took literally 10 minutes."

"I took in 2 vacuums, a Kenmore and an Electrolux Ultraflex power nozzle or power head. They were able to get my Kenmore working, although there is a hissing sound where the suction is leaking somewhere. They called me within a reasonable time to pick up the Kenmore, but they "lost" the Electrolux power nozzle. I left the shop with the understanding they would call me when they found it. Two months later, I stopped in to ask about it, thinking I could take it the power nozzle and probably rig it to work somehow. They had no idea what power nozzle I was talking about when I stopped in. The clerk left a sticky note on the office door of whomever is in charge and I never heard from them again. This was over a year ago. As you can see, I gave up and I have a worthless vacuum for rugs, although I can still use the vacuum for hard floors."
