"Oh my goodness we waited in an empty drive thru for at least 5 minutes at the window.. our food was refrigerator cold, not even room temp, the chicken sandwich was so soggy you couldn't eat the bread and they put so much mayo it was disgusting... when we checked our food before drove off they forgot the mozzarella sticks which we had to wait on but at least they was warm. The drinks tasted soapy... Order 2 number 9s and 4 Jr whoppers and a mozzarella stick spent $40 worst food I've had in a very long time.. it was not edible it wasn't even feed my dog worthy.. I'd stay clear of this place until they can at least serve warm food..."

"The food is typical burger king food that you can get anywhere else so thats not really the issue, its not bad at all. The issue lies with the employees, eating at this location is truly a hit or miss. Sometimes you get great service, most of the time though the service isnt great On more than one occasion weve done the mobile order in the app and when we went to pick up our food there has been some sort of an issue. The first time we put an order for breakfast in at 10:15, showed up around 10:31, they say that breakfast is no longer served. We tell them we put the order in before 10:30 and they just repeated themselves. Okay, maybe it was because it was close to 10:30, understandable albeit an inconvenience - maybe that was on us though Another time we put our order in around 10:00, went to pick it up around 10:15 and they ask us to pull forward even though we placed the order beforehand, and the person in front of us ordered the food there and got his food there. We pull forward and two more cars are asked to pull forward as well, both of the others were given their food before us and it was around 10:35 before we finally got our food. Our order was three burritos (two of them were the small ones), a small cheeseburger, and some hashbrowns. Nothing that would have taken 30minutes - at that point were pretty sure they forgot about us"

"Much like other Burger Kings I've been to. Newer updated version of Burger King than what I'm used to mainly because it's in Kansas City Missouri and not in the town in Kansas I live in. Standard Burger King Hamburger and Cheeseburgers and the usual fair. Clean restaurant courteous staff food made the order tasted like Burger King and it was good I came back here the next day for lunch or dinner one of the two and also I grabbed a order to go when I left. Was open a lot longer than the Wendy's next door to it. This place is open late so if you're hungry for a quick hamburger to eat I would recommend this Burger King! This place is better than the Wendy's next door for a quick bite to eat if you're in the area I did a review on there the Wendy's is nothing memorable. Not bad but not memorable this Burger King is the better of the two picks. So is the Taco Bell."
