Sonic Drive-In

"The only positive I can say is that the staff is friendly. They are working so hard probably because they are so understaffed that no order ever comes out in a reasonable time. Never go to a stall as they will never answer or will tell you to go through the drive thru. Every mobile order takes 15-20 minutes longer than the app says. Additionally, every time I say I have a mobile order they seem incredibly lost and appear to make my order on the spot. Everything seems so poorly ran and I continue to give this place a chance and yet I'm severely disappointed every single time."

"Here's my Super Sonic burrito that I ordered without onions and jalapeños. It came without any sausage too. I waited at the carhop station after pressing the button but no one answered. So, I drove around to the drive through and finally got to order. 12 minutes later, because I have the receipt I know how long it was; I finally got my food and it was wrong. Guess I should have listened to my wife and not gone to this location. She always has bad experiences here. Never coming back."

"I ordered sweet tea before I got there and then waited almost 30 minutes for my sweet tea after I checked in. I was the only car there but While waiting 2 other cars showed up. They then got their food before me and I still had to wait nearly 10 more minutes to get just my sweet tea. When I finally got it, I was eating sugar when just trying to drink my tea. It was so grainy. I used to work at a sonic so i don’t even know how they managed that one. I just want to go home."

"I avoided this location for almost two years because of every previous experience was so poor, but I decided to give it another chance since it was so conveniently close by. Unfortunately, I should've just skipped it again. I ordered and checked in on the app, only to wait for over 15 minutes after the estimated pick up time. Once I was able to speak to a person (which was extremely difficult because the speakers were broken so their voice was barely audible), I informed them that I had checked in on the app, but the crew either didn't have my order ready or see that I was there. I confirmed with them that I was indeed at the correct location, then finally received my food a few minutes later only to discover that it was made incorrectly. The carhop was friendly, which was the only saving grace."

"Slushy machine was broke, they were nice enough to give a shake in its place but then didn't give me a straw for it. Ordered mozzarella sticks and got no marinara sauce. Got a burger, ordered no tomatoes, which of course it had, and it just generally looked and felt disgusting, the tomato having made the entire burger soggy somehow. They nearly forgot the 2nd drink as well, had to remind them to get it."
