"Broken glass everywhere and soliciting going on right outside. Customer service is trash like they don’t want to be there. Food was okay, but check your order. Part of my order, I’ll never get. I haven’t been to this location ever. I just stood there, and finally asked another customer a question. Then the guy behind the counter looked up, and gave me a code. That was it."

"I ordered three pizzas. I arranged an 11 AM pick up time, the pizzas were burnt. The boxes were soaked through with grease, it appeared that they were from the day before. I ordered them for my husband‘s birthday, luckily, we ordered other food as well because we wound up throwing them out. They were terrible. Never again. I have ordered little Caesars from Overland Park locations Several times and it was great. This place is a dump just like the surrounding area."

"This is a very unsafe place. When I went out to buy something for myself here, one guy, more precisely, he looked about 30 years old, asked me for something, I couldn’t understand what he wanted, but in the end he told me showed when I got on the phone for a translator. He showed me the money with his hands. I told him I don't have any cash. He asked Buy me some food. I happily bought him food. But still the situation is unpleasant in that I am trying to work for myself and for my family. But I know that people have different situations that they cannot afford something, but I am not their father and their mother to worry about them. I am ready to sacrifice them, but I will never give money for lessons. Just going. This place is very unsafe. I don't recommend anyone to go here or come and stay, let alone buy from this establishment."

"Food is consistent for the most part. Tasty, but this location will either over or undercook the pizza and bread sticks. Wings are sauce by the cashier when picking it and they use no gloves."

"The food was okay. Once I had to get out of character. But the customer service is really bad. Very unorganized. I phoned in my order. They claim they accidentally gave it away and had to remake it. The thing is that it was a specialty item. So how is it possible that they person customized their food just like mine? I would not advise you all to go there. Also they've been having a busted freezer but still serving food. They were trying to have it delivered while I was there but the freezer could not fit through the door. Which got myself and 10 other customers trapped in the store. It was so chaotic and a nightmare. You really have to watch them to make sure they use gloves and that they make your food properly. I had to tell the girl she needed to get control of my food and order. I foresee a lot of food poisoning"
