"So I had issues with the first delivery, then they came thru. Delivered dumpster, driver nice, on time."

"Called on a Monday, said nothing was available but if one came available they let me know, they called Wednesday said had one no problem delivery for Saturday. Well Saturday came and never heard anything, called, can't leave a message. Later kept calling back to back finally she answered, let me check with dispatch, I'll either call you or text you. A few minutes later, she text, guy didn't come in due to a family emergency. We were expecting delivery after 10 am. It was almost 4 pm when we found out thet wernt coming. They apologized but we only have 2 weekends to get this done! We live out if state and work, we only had this weekend and next to get the rest out. So it's Saturday evening and this weekend is done. We chose them because they had best prices. Well as the saying goes you get what ya pay for. Would not recommend if you are in need of a professional company. They didn't let us know they were not coming. If I had not kept calling the number I would have not known!"

"Prompt courteous service and at a good price. We utilized one of BJ’s dumpsters for a construction project in Madisonville. BJ’s waste was always there when needed them for a new dumpster or to relocate ours when needed. Their dumpsters are functional secure dumpsters, not like some of these rust buckets you see other companies dropping off that you can’t even get into. The building process was a lot easier having BJ one phone call away. I could always count that they would do what they said, when they said it would be done. Very easy to work with as well with their online payment invoicing system."
