Pizza Hut

"I would've given this Branch of the Hut a 5 last month. In fact I did so on the online survey I was sent last visit. But tonight was sub par, by far. I ordered a Big New Yorker, I know they hate making that pie because I was in store when I ordered last time and the very nice cashier (young lady) mentioned it, in spite of their groans, they made an incredible pie for me. By far the best pizza I have had since I left the West Coast, Bene Pizza/Parlor Pizza (best pies in Northwestern Washington) , and I finally felt that after years of garbage Dominoes and Little Caesars I finally found a suitable pizza from an unlikely place. This time though, I spoke with a nice guy, new delivery guy who had the Gumption to answer the phone and take my order. He had some assistance from someone else to ring it in, was simple: A Big New Yorker Old Style Pepperoni Pizza. I requested they take off the house Pepperoni and add "A whole mess of the cupping old style Pepperoni"(I would gladly pay extra for them), nice guy said 15 -20 minutes. Understanding he was new and it was a Friday night I gave em 45 minutes. When I got there, the pie was ready, and the cashier who grabbed the pizza asked if I wanted to check the pizza, so I opened the box to a Big New Yorker with 12 cupping pepperoni on it. It was sad. I was sad. I asked why they didn't put more on it, I was told I couldn't get extra pepperoni on the pizza... I've never heard that from a pizza place before, never been refused an upsale, never been sadder about a pizza... I will try this spot again, because I know they make the best pizza I've found since coming home. You can do better than this. Disclaimer: I consider myself an aficionado on very few things in my life, pizza being Chief amongst them. I'm also an optimistic guy."

"This pizza hut is poorly managed during the lunch buffet. No food was out, lots of people waiting for pizza while the employees were just talking.the items on tje salad bar was old. Celery was actually rotten on the ends. No one checks on the customers to refill drinks or anything. At 15$ a person i ate breadsticks. What a shame. Yall should call the one in diberville for tips on how to run a business bc their pizza hut is amazing!"

"As always, Pizza Hut likes their restaurants to be so cold that your pizza turns cold within 5 minutes of recieving it at your table. Sparse toppings. One slice of the pizza literally had one tiny piece of a mushroom on it. The salad bar was decent, nothing special though. Overall, the pizza was just, ok. I might go back in a year, or two."

"Honestly, the quality of service you receive, as well as the time you spend waiting, is completely dependent on who is working and what time of day you go. I strongly advise against whatever shift 3-6 ish on Mon through Friday as the lady managing at that time could turn Mother Teresa into a Karen. She is hateful and acts entitled af, always treating customers with the slightest complaints as if they were criminals. They were super busy one day and i was on a 30 min lunch, so I didn’t check my personal pizza before exiting. Upon getting back to work however, I saw it was made incorrectly. I was extremely sad but had no time to deal with it, so I went by afterwork &asked if they could fix it. The poor worker seemed terrified at the manager showing visibly tension …i soon saw why. That manager gave me a literal interrogation before deciding not to fix my oizza because I waited too long to tell them (regardless that i had been at work)! So needless to say, i will never return during that shift. The reason i still give 3 stars instead of 1, is because the late night shift is pretty great. The delivery guy to the phone person are nice snd the food is good."
