He took the time and gave me guidance on what I needed to ask my mechanic to order the correct part, and that guidance saved me a substantial amount. I thought that I needed an Active ABS module for a 1999 costing $2400. Turns out that I actually need the pump motor costing $595. I understand that I am buying a used part but appreciated his honesty and his patience. He gave me his personal cell number and offered further assistance as may be needed. "I have had a terrible experience with Dino's thus far. First and foremost, after multiple voicemails and emails, this company never returns calls. Second, I bought an ABS module that turned out to be non-functional. I was instructed to return the module using Dino's paid postage. That module was returned to Dino's over 2 weeks ago. Within the next two to three business days, DINO himself promised to provide my shop with a new module within the next 2-3 business days upon learning about the malfunctioning modules he originally provided us. Two weeks later, we still haven't received the new module, calls and voicemails have gone unanswered, our shop has an immobile vehicle on our lift, and it seems like $1.5K down the drain. Definitely not the proper way to conduct business!"
