IHOP

"When we got there we were notified there would be a little bit of a wait. We were fine with that. We sat there for 40 minutes with no drinks,not even being acknowledged by a server or anything. They sat another table and automatically started taking their drink order and food order. By the time a server came to take our drink order she told us it would be another 45 minutes until they started taking food orders. We walked out because we had already been there almost an hour and was not about to wait another hour. On the way out the door we passed the group that was seated about 5 minutes before us. They had already eaten and was checking out. Pitiful service !!!"

"Tried to seat us at a dirty table for starters. Extremely slow today. Almost half hour for pancakes, eggs, and sausage and then said hash browns would come out later? Really? You had a half hour already! I would like to eat my order all at the same time. I noticed others got theirs all at the same time. Server or chef? Who dropped the ball?"

"Had an amazing meal with my family. Under new management and they are doing an amazing job! Keep up the great work!"

"Dry on the inside, but wet on the outside. That's the only way to describe my second omelette. My first one was incorrect. The grits were extremely hard, gritty, and lumpy. The only upside to this visit was that our server Lainey was extremely apologetic and nice. We left extremely hungry and disappointed."

"Met up with family that I've not seen in a while, so we got together at IHOP for a few. After we received our meal, we had to ask for items we needed. Common sense would tell you if a person ordered hot cakes that they need syrup. Well, not here. We actually had to ask. It was clean so I'll have to give them that much."
