"I rented this tool and took this picture on the counter of the store and texted it to my husband to make sure I was getting the right one. I put down $74.88 and was told if no damage was done I will get my money back. I returned it, and returned it 4 hours later and a different employee was there and Accused me of hammering on it. I told him no we did not, then after keying it in yells across the counter to his boss (what you want me to do about this, it’s seen better days) his manager says we will inventory it out and get a new one. I got my money back but was very embarrassed and was so upset that I forgot about the picture I took till I got home. I looked back at the text I sent my husband and blew up the picture in my phone and the damage they said we did was already there and the tool worked fine for us. I will never go back to them again for anything and I will always take pictures of anything I rent going forward. I really only took the picture to make sure I was renting the right tool. Be careful with these people!!"
