"I was very pleased with the timely manner my food came out on as well as the taste and freshness. However, I was very upset to learn that my very large order was unable to be applied as reward points on my Wendy's application, because I (the customer) did not let the first widow attendant know I needed my in app QR code scanned before she took my money and tendered my change! Be careful if you do not have this ready and scanned before the transaction is paid and closed out at the first window , apparently, they can do nothing about it."

"Good food when you eventually get it!! The workers do get a lot of customers sometimes but they work in fast food and are trained to handle that kind of volume but when they're busy they all look like they just shut down and don't know what to do. They have a screen with your name on it and when your foods ready your name pops up in the ready section of the screen and when I went up there my food had been sitting there for a long time and was cold and nasty and they had to remake it and they never even called out my name which they're supposed to do also. And by the time we did get our food we had already been waiting over half an hour which is crazy for fast food. And it's been like this multiple times when we've been there."

"So I went in there tonight and they were the busiest I have ever seen them. I work right next door so I visit there often. They were doing a great job at keeping up with an unlimited NeverEnding dinner rush and the food was hot and fresh considering the amount of people they had their and everything else I think they did an amazing job. Also don't let that person that made the comment about finding a fly in the food have any merit. This place is really clean and I guarantee you it's just somebody trying to get free food. This happens all too often in the food industry."

"Slowest service every time and the workers are normally rude. Also 9/10 my order gets messed up. Today I had two people go before me when I was at the drive thru first and then waited 15 for my one sandwich which was wrong."
