"I would give it zero stars but I had to give it something. I had a very important package that was supposed to be delivered today but I did not receive it. Tracking said they delivered it but I do not have it. I paid extra for it to be overnighted to me. And they're telling me I have to wait till Monday for their investigation to show something. This package May cost me my job but everyone is telling me to wait till Monday. I am beyond furious. The mailing system in picayune is horrible I've had issues with ups and the post office in the past as well."
