"Zero Zero Zero !! Worst access point in the history of delivery. My package has been marked out for delivery since Saturday and today is now Thursday of another week. Every day it’s being updated to same access point and out for delivery by 8pm .. once 8pm gets here it’s pushed off until next day .. which hasn’t made it in 5 days … what is going on ?! Not sure if it’s due to Sorry lazy drivers or sorry broke down facility and it’s managers ??"

"Horrible drop off times...very late service to residential customers as they deliver to every business first before delivering to homes. On the bright side...their drivers are very polite and responsible. The tracking is amazing and I always get my package the day it says it will be delivered just very late that day."
