"Horrible service! They try to wait you out in the drive thru. We waited for over 10 minutes just for someone to finally ask us to wait for another 5 minutes"

"The restroom was not clean. The beverage area was fility and the workers were watching a game. The focus was not work. We almost left without ordering because the kiosk was not working properly... we were persistent because wanted to take our order or it seemed."

"Worse McDonald’s I’ve literally ever been to ! I think management needs to be fired everyone! Because the staff is only as good as the leadership! Food is always horrible there’s always a problem, literally every time I go there food isn’t fully cooked or it’s stale !!!! Drinks are water 90% of the time and when you ask for something else you get attitude like your not spending money Ridiculous"

"Ordered a hot caramel macchiato and the Machine was being clean during a rush hour dinner asked if I wanted something else and I said yes I was kept waiting 20 minutes and drive through and my order never came out so I went back in and got my money back manager was rude and nobody seemed to know what else I ordered would not recommend this particular McDonald's to anyone the rest of my food got cold while I was waiting for the my order to come out"

"The young girl at the window had an attitude when I stated that I didn't receive my orange juice. She went to the young lady at the first window to ask about if I ordered oj. She came back and said there wasn't oj on the ticket. I told her that the young lady at the first window didn't listen because I ordered oj. The attitude girl went and got the oj and didn't say thank you or our apologies. She has a nasty attitude and if she can't do customer service, she needs to be out."
