"Very seldom write bad reviews, however a call an hour before I arrived, explaining the issue and part needed. When I arrived I was told they would have me in stall within an hour. After 2 hours, I asked if there was an issue. I was informed then that they were not sure which of 2 parts it was but were working on it. After another 2 hours I checked again and I was given a blank stare and pointed to another person. Told that they were checking on part ( 4 + hrs later?!??!!). I go back and 30 mins later another guy comes out and tells me they think they can get part but it would be tomorrow. Why a 2 star and not 1. They have good price on batteries... no didn't need one. PS: I Drove to Brookhaven and they both got the part and installed in less then an hour. (Approximately 52 mins)"
