"1st day- I rated the business a 3 star due to the filthy condition of the unit which was on display on the lot. I would not have expected it to look like someone had just went riding and parked the unit. Jessie and the sales lady were great but my first impression of the unit was dubious. Updated to 4 stars - Again Jessie was excellent. He went above and beyond on the customer service and assisted my husband with a late pickup of the unit. My husband is talking about buying another unit and I hope that it is more presentable if it's used. Service 5*+ ; presentation of used vehicles a 3*-"

"Purchased my UTV from them and got a good deal. Used it the first hunting season and the pedal was sticking. Brought it back under warranty and they took over a month to fix. That was not a problem. But when I picked it up they charged me $1000 for service. They said they had to change the belt. I was not told anything until I picked it up. Imagine the surprise I had. We had only about 20hr on it. Drove it 2 times this hunting season and the pedal started sticking again. I took it to another place to fix and now it’s out of warranty. Charge was only $350 to repair. I will not be back to Natchez. Update: They called me after the review was posted. I was impressed the are trying to repair the issue."

I had the most amazing experience at Natchez Powersports from my salesman George which provided so much information and comparison between the products which made my decision not as complicated as I thought it would it be. Jessie and Anna was outstanding as well. It was a very pleasant experience. Shoutout to the Service guys they were great as well. I highly recommend Natchez Powersports. We bought our 2021 Polaris Ranger highlighter with them a year ago and returned to buy a 2022 Polaris highlighter RZR. We will definitely be repeat customers.
