"I won't reveal specifics just yet, but this is the worst property management company I've ever worked with. Zero communication from the office to maintenance, untimely responses, and a piss-poor, flippant attitude from whomever we talked to yesterday (August 21st). I pay my rent on time, if not early, I do not make unnecessary noise and keep to myself. Unfortunately, it appears that PRN, Inc has all power. For now."
"This is to inform your staff that at the company of professional real estate management, inc. That their professionalism is awful. The reason they are awful. I was given a notice of eviction. Mind you I own my own home and I do not do business or have a property with PRM Inc. I called because I had concerns that this Notice of evection was posted in the wrong place. I called PRM Inc. and they transferred me to the eviction manager. He informed me that "the court of Harrison County handles that I don't." So I said, "It's posted on my house and it is your problem." "He told me to have a nice day." So, I am posting this and letting everyone know how they handle their problems. V/r, Concerned citizen"
"Worst rental company I have dealt with. I explained to them that my last property management company I rented for put me in an apartment that floods and would not offer any assistance to help me move into another location. It is public record due to me going to WDAM and doing a news story. They made me vacate the property due to me reporting them to the public. I told PRM they would give a bad reference. I told PRM I had two other rental references I could use. It took 3 weeks to get any progress. They guy would lie and say he did not get in contact with Wells Realty. Wells realty called them directly. They say it was my credit, rental reference, the whole picture. PRM has the worst customer service. I explained to them I was nurse, I have a full time job and that I work with 3 nursing agencies. The only thing on my credit is my truck note. They took my $60 application fee. The lady is rude and tried to project on me that I was mad with them. I told her I am not mad I was just trying to explain my situation. But there is a God whom I serve!!!! I got a rental house today. I am in the process of getting a house to buy. My situation is not unique it is very common. I moved and had to stay in a motel. I moved for a better paying job. I had to previous rental references Jordan Properties and Wells Realty. I paid my rent on time during the COVID 19 pandemic. PRM should be ashamed and KW you are about to be sued. I am a nurse I do not play games with anyone. PRM needs to improve their customer service, racial relations, and judgement of people. If anyone needs to get a house or apartment with no hassel please find another rental company. PRM you will be reported to BBB."
"Property had mildew, roach infestation, paint splatters on floor, missing floorboards upon arrival. Front door obviously has some signs of forced entry and has a big crack in the frame which causes air to leak out. Fridge was broken on arrival, though this was replaced 3 days later with a new appliance, it should’ve been fixed before I moved in. The ceiling of the shower fell in and hit my head while I was in it, and it took them more than 2 months to fix this, and they only fixed it after I physically showed up at the office and inquired about it, reminding them of their obligations to make repairs in a timely manner. Air vents painted over, walls are an inconsistent color, baseboards not flush with wall, trimming is cracked all over. Power has gone out 5-6 times in the past 6 months due to poor electrical wiring, and most recently on Christmas Eve. Due to the terrible (non-existent) insulation, I cannot even keep my apartment warm. Now I will likely stay cold until after Christmas and my two days off are likely to be spent without power. I have received no compensation for this repeated failure to maintain basic housing rights as management repeatedly dodges accountability when questioned about preventing this type of problem from occurring in the future. The cheaper (but still severely overpriced for what you receive) rent is not worth the potential problems that this rental company brings with it. All of the previous problems could be overlooked if I could maintain steady power in all of my apartment on a regular basis, but the repeated failure to maintain a basic human right to heating in FREEZING TEMPERATURES over the holiday season from a known issue that could easily be prevented so that my kids do not freeze to death overnight is something that I cannot just forgive. I will be filing a formal complaint with the local housing authority of repeated violations to maintaining proper heating and electricity current. Do not rent from PRM Inc. They will take your money every month but will refuse to do the bare minimum and do not care if you and your child are freezing over the holidays as a result of their poor management. Edit: They did arrive and fixed my power issue on a Saturday right before Christmas holiday, at least until the next time the power goes out."
"Update (11/2) First, to any prospective tenants who may be reading this long thread I do apologize for its length. All of the pictures from 114 Brentwood wont post, but the house is truly unlivable until this issue is fixed. My children and I were vomiting for 2 weeks straight, losing hair, etc.. (When I called to explain this to them, that's when Charles hung up on me.) My husband and I decided that it truly is important to let the public know what kind of slumlords they're dealing with here. So, that is the reason for all of the updates over an issue that spans for majority of our time as tenants. (about 5 months) They basically threatened my husband with making a stink with his command if I didn't take my review down. (My post, not his.) (Pictured below is his response.) They blocked us from making any more reviews. Which, as a business owner, I didn't even know was possible. UPDATE: Funny, my pet (which they knew about) hasn't been there in over two months now. What you're probably smelling is the smell of black mold increasing throughout the house. We had an inspection with housing for this very reason since you couldn't be bothered to come out yourself. I'll have them be in touch. Since you never bothered sending cleaning guidelines we went of off standard military procedure, and I must say, I never received that complaint. What I did hear was that the smell of bleach was a bit overpowering. I hired a professional to do this, so save it. So, you have to paint? Big whoop. You're mad about basic wear and tear? Where were those efforts in getting it ready for me? I got the carpets cleaned, which Is really irrelevant when you think about the deadly black mold thats continuing to grow. I do have pictures of the state the house was in prior to us moving in. There were issues the day I moved out that had been reported weeks/months prior. You should probably try getting rid of the mold, since you have enough time to respond to this google listing so promptly. (He isn't such a tough guy when you actually show up in person.) Also, "irrational"? Is it really irrational to expect that you make our home liveable? We had this same problem with PRM before, and it wasn't until my roommate at the time got a lawyer involved that you finally stopped harassing us. Is that the only language you understand? Had I realized this was the same UNprofessional company, I would've told my husband long ago. (and another thing: if you take a look around their office, you'll see that many of the people posting good reviews work there! lol, that's too funny.) Update: He's lying in his response. We tried to get with them several times and I even gave them permission to go in my home without me if I wasn't there. 'On to my new issue: mold. A little back story: myself, and my kids have been sick for months. (fevers, bronchitis, hair loss, throwing up, etc) When the doctors couldn't figure it out, I started to look around the house and that's when I noticed the mold. I've alerted them now two days ago. First, they sent a roofer. (One who told me that he's already worked on this house before, same issues.) I understand that these things take a little time, but Charles told me (Before hanging up in my face) that they have up to 30 days to fix it and that I can just live in my mold infested home until further notice. They can't even give me a timeframe other than "sometime next week" as to when they'll be out to assess the damages. but of course, we're expected to pay the rent in full... even though we're sleeping in the living room. (the part of the house with the least mold) Also, he basically scolded me for calling housing. (lol) Are you guys ever going to replace our front door knob, which literally doesn't lock? (I'm also pretty sure our front door is a closet or bedroom door, but I digress.) My husband and I have both reached out several times in the last MONTH. We figured maybe it would be easier to get answers here. Out of town/military renters beware. Oh how I wish I had been able to view this dump in person before commiting."
