"Very disappointed. Check in me and wife really only booked to enjoy the pool. Sign says heater out. Pool cold. Not until I left did any one say I could have canceled. We booked two nights. Only stayed one night left early. The beds were terrible neither one of got a real good zzzz."

"I bought the cheapest room and it was very large, almost the size of 2 rooms and it had a bonus sofa bed. The main bed was a King, very spacious and comfortable. Mini fridge and wet bar a plus. If I had to complain about anything, the bathroom was rather small compared to how big the room was, especially with so much wasted space and I prefer a walk in shower vs a tub/shower combo but it's still a great value for your money."

"Checked in here and they have done a fabulous job decorating for the holidays. It feels like Christmas at home. When we got here they were taking down the fall decorations. The staff is amazing you can tell they take great care of their guests and go the extra mile to provide a homey feeling. If you need a clean comfortable place to stay during the holidays this is your place. Nice clean rooms great breakfast. You won’t be disappointed. Wish I could post pictures of the decorations so pretty."

"Great experience. We had an issue with my card charging and of course I put the wrong phone number in the account. My room was cancelled. I called right after I received the email and they were quick to book another room for us. Great stay! Clean hotel. Large rooms. We will be staying here next time we visit Gulfport!"
