"Well the first couple nights we had to keep getting the key reprogrammed and the room smelt horrible then we got locked out our room and couldn't get in to get our stuff until the next day. luckily we finally got in the room to get our stuff. Then they move us to another room and the lady that's living there in room 341 I believe with the white Ford car was smoking Crack in the parking lot and started cursing us and talking all kinds of smack because we interrupted her. We get in the room and it smells better and is cleaner but the tv and ac didnt work but we didn't worry about that because this room was finally a clean room. The security guard was complaining because the kids were playing OUTSIDE. This is definitely NOT a kid friendly place. While there was homeless people walking through all times of day and night asking for stuff but where was security then. And security was telling us we can't be outside between certain times unless we are smoking. But yet homeless people were sleeping under the stairs. The staff was very helpful though. "The location isn't the best but this hotel is really good. They have security onsite 24 hours a day which I loved. The room I stayed in had really comfortable beds and it was clean. The front desk was always available and it was quiet. I had to work and my daughter had to stay in the room and they did a safety check to make sure she was ok. I would definitely be staying here if needed Everytime."

"The rooms are fairly nice.I think they should offer a lower 28 day rate. I have seen no evidence of bed bugs, roaches, or rodentsand the internet has been pretty reliable. The front desk staff are really friendly and informative, and the area is quiet. The plus is, there is a gas station next door!"
