"When I checked in the room I was beyond tired. When I woke up the next morning I noticed the sheets had not been changed. It appeared like a blow out from a diaper. I was absolutely disgusted. It wasn't just on the sheets, it was on the comforter they cover the bed up. I left a note. I payed over $100 and got less than $23. Back. The motel itself is very nice. Very clean, good breakfast in the morning. Just check your sheets before you lay down."

"Comfortable rooms and spacious. The price is great. We stay at this hotel every time we visit Gulfport. The rooms are clean and it is a great location for us. The only negative thing I have is they need to upgrade their pillows."

"Very bad customer service coming from the owners. I asked for a refund back because the room was disgusting an not clean. Owner tried to switch me to another room 122 as soon as you enter the room the whole room smelled like STRONG MOLD ODOR. I asked can I have partial of my money back since he refused to give me back ALL OF IT. HE SAID NO AN I COULDNT GET MY DEPOSIT BACK UNTIL THE NEXT DAY AFTER 11AM. WE LEFT AN WENT TO ANOTHER HOTEL. I WOULD NEVER REFER NOONE TO STAY THERE. OWNERS ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL AN NASTY‼️"

"My family and I are traveling from Texas. We needed somewhere to rest for the night and began Google reviews. I was super leery of the hotel after the reviews. Do NOT take everyone's review to heart!! Check in was quick and matched Expedia pricing, staff was friendly, and our room was clean, shower clean, plenty of towels, no bugs.....the hotel was quiet and fully stocked. The breakfast was actually really good for something simple. They had updated waffle and pancake makers, clean and updated dispenser for the batter, containers, that I'm now looking for on Amazon, that held the orange juice and apple juice, cereal that satisfy both adult and child taste(fruit loops and raisin bran) milk in a very chilled fridge. I think some of the reviews are low because people expect a 5 star hotel for 60 dollars. I will definitely be back if ever I am passing through and needing a room.
