"Rooms were clean. They did try to put me in a room I didn’t request. They would not allow me, a Diamond Member, to check out two hours late. They do NOT honor Diamond members. You get the regular stuff"

"Main room appeared fair but the floor turned our socks black. Bathroom area was disgraceful. Water spots/stains on the walls. Soft spots/holes from water leakage, toilet will only flush if you hold the handle down. Let up and it stops. For $90 it was a ripoff!!"

"Booked 7 rooms for a group and was overcharged for one room i did NOT book. I was assigned a room that i did not know about or stay in, nor was i given a room key for that room. That was their mistake at check in not mine. I got every room i booked. Stated to them when they called that weekend that none of us were staying in room 129 . I was a bit puzzled why they were asking about it . I disputed the charge, they voided that and said it was my fault for not cancelling a room i never booked or stayed in and was not aware of. They are liars and thieves and only care about money, not customer relations. Be very careful and double check the paperwork when you check in. Choice Hotels did make it right though. The clowns at the motel were unwilling to do anything."

"Rooms not made up at 5 in the afternoon. Ones that were only half cleaned!!! Use soap and hair in the shower!! Smell like bad body odor!! We finally left after we couldn't stay in that nasty place!! Then she didn't even refund my money!!! I had to dispute the charge the card company!! Worst experience ever!!!! Run from here!!!"
