I’m moving from Texas which is scary for me. They made me more comfortable about my move. They even invited me to their resident event. No other apartment staff made me feel so welcomed."

"Shady leasing management that never returns phone calls, left the apartment early and was basically scammed out of money by the leasing team due to "pet damage" with no pet damage only because my family had a emotional support animal, and office staff refusing to correct actions only unless it benefits the numbers of business, DO NOT RECOMEND TO ANY MILITARY, they lure you in with great looking outside prices then unexpected fees left and right if you cut early or god forbid you break something by accident. Dog poop everywhere and overall bad experience. As well the management will steal money and say you never paid dues and sent "unpaid debts" to collections"

"Apartment 222 building 9 had German roaches, wasn’t clean nor updated. Of course when the office did a walk through, none of it was there. Took a month for them to get the check sent to me to refund the deposit because the lady in the office put the street we lived on with no house number. Terrible experience. We were thankful to get our money afterwards, but I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anybody. There’s so many other complexes to choose from, way nicer for the same price. Charging $40-60 a month for a washer and dryer is ridiculous considering the price of these ran down apartments. At the time we were supposed to move in, our only option was to use the on-site laundromat which they said was currently down. This place is filthy and please shop around before committing to this complex."

"Would not recommend, this place has gone down the past year with the newest owners. Raised our rent, making us pay for amenities we cannot use such as pool, workout room, wash room. I have not had a pool here in 2 years, do not believe anything they tell you. Trash has not been picked up in over a week and we pay alot for it"

"The place has been a mess since the property sold and changed names a few months ago. Previously legacy at Gulf point. The turn over in the office is insane. They are so rude and money hungry. They don't treat the tenants with any decency. I moved out and haven't returned my deposit. The new management that started after I moved out insist I owe them more money even though I settled my account with the previous property manager before she quit/left. If you're looking for a home, it's not here. The apartments are gross anyway, just look at the pool."
