"We loved living here until Niki took over . She is horrible and left us hanging many times with repair issues. Had very bad leak on thanksgiving ruined our tv . We were BEVER compensated. Had an ant issue that ruined all our food in cabinet’s NEVER compensated. They finally fixed our roof leak after two years . By replacing whole roof and let me tell you these guys trashed the property for a week with nails and debris. They covered our ac compressor with tarp while it was running all day and burnt out motor. So of course we had no AC FOR DAYS. We finally had had it and moved out thinking our lease was up. According to NIKKI we had three more weeks and we didn’t tell her 3 months prior. Lol I never heard of such a thing. But she tried to ruin our credit because of the fact. We never missed a payment or were late in the years we were there.She is never AVAILABLE ruined the exercise room.and is completely incompetent.as for the condo. It was beautiful great updated kitchen nice area we had nice back yard with woods to walk in and safe for kids. She started letting all hood rats move in . It just got to the point we had had it.So this rating is for the incompetent NIKKI Not the townhome"

The whole application process was quick and easy with her help and the move in process was quick and easy. She has also answered and assisted with every question and need.."

"The 4 stars is only for the physical property itself. It is older and they are updating, but it's an overall nice place. I lived at this complex for 3 years and had no major issues. Highly recommend this spot for the price you pay. Neighbors were all very friendly and mostly kept to themselves. Ms. Nikki and Mike do a great job in the office. Always prompt to respond to any issues/questions I had. The front office gets a 5 star rating for service. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking!!!"

"ive lived here for almost a year now and i must say, Mike the Maintenance guy is hands down the best. He takes care of every issue as soon as possible, and if he cant figure it out, he brings in an outside guy to fix it. He cleans up after himself and is very nice to speak/consult with. Nikki is a great manager of the property who is very prompt with email responses and gives it to you straight. Love living in this quiet complex. Cant wait to see what the new owners will bring to the table."

Very thankful to have working A.C., Mike was very nice about replacing the fan for us. Overall a very nice place to live, very quiet, and we just resigned our lease!"
