"neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. the unit and complex itself is a whole other story. with the prices they charge, you would expect more than the bare minimum. bathroom vent is visibly moldy, we had to caulk all windows and bathrooms ourselves. attached below you can see that they caulked a window shade adusting stick to the bottom of my window... so naturally we had an issue with bugs coming in and out. i still have no fire alarm in my room. when we moved in, several light bulbs weren't working, light and light switch covers were missing, my towel holder was broken, the balcony would give if you were to shake it, the microwave didn't work, we didn't have a stove light, and it was just not move in ready at all. we brought all of these issues to their attention, if not we didn't notice until later after moving in. they fixed the light covers, microwave, stove light, and balcony for liability and we never saw maintenance again. and they got the audacity to charge $300 for a pet fee but the gate hasn't been fixed in almost half a year. there's no dog park, the gym is dusty, dirty, and not even remotely cleaned. just trifling."

"This is a great place to rent an apartment. The leasing process was quick and easy. Jessie and Teneshia are always a pleasure to work with and are great about answering questions and getting things done. The property is always clean and the area is quiet. The only problem I had was roaches when I moved in, but Jessie was immediately in touch with pest control and got the issue fixed. I hope to be staying here a long time!"

It was spacious and just what we needed. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful, kind and helpful. The location is great because it is quiet and a little hidden plus the rent is reasonable. 10/10 would recommend Oxford Point to anyone looking for a new home."
