"It feels bad to pay almost $1400/month to live in a cockroach infested home. Of all, it had to be German cockroaches. The worse part is that the other tenants had the same exact problem! In 6 months, we had our home sprayed twice! Now I fear bringing these things with me when I eventually move! These things feels like a losing battle here! GROSS!!!"
"Awesome place very quiet and peaceful and awesome location love the pool area and the playground."
"I would give a 0 if that were an option. When I asked if I was signing a 12 month lease they told me “No it was a 6 month lease.” Well in the lease agreement they put 8 months I’ve asked several times why with no response was my move out date the 31st of January. Also there are roaches and sliver fish in the units. My very first weekend here I pulled up to the apartment complex and there were cops everywhere. There was a shooting at the pool then a DV in the building next to us once again cops everywhere. I have asked on several occasions to speak with someone higher up with no response once again. $1370 and these units are worse than low income housing. The master bedroom sink is rusted and they literally painted over it with white paint."
"The rent was not too bad when I moved in back in 2019. I have lived here for 3 years and 5 months. They were affordable at first, but not much upkeep to their property. When new management took over in 2020, things started changing. Rent increased and most of the landscaping and trees were removed. It was heartbreaking to see ALL the old, pretty trees get chopped down as they provided some shade for my patio area. And they did a lazy, bad job with landscaping afterwards. The property just looked so plain and depressing. It was then that I decided to look elsewhere to live. Due to covid restrictions, it was not easy to find another apartment....so I lived there a year and a half longer than I wanted. These apartments have roaches and mice....needless to say, pest control was horrible. It did nothing. The tenants that stay there leave their patios trashy, music loud, and never pick up after their dogs. Poop piles were everywhere at my unit. Absolutely zero respect for other tenants that lived there. I am so glad I moved. Best decision ever!"
"I love the apartment itself and the neighbors are very friendly. However for me the staff doesn’t take any of my requests/complaints into consideration. I work from home and I’ve nicely reported about the neighbors above my unit stomping and nothing was done. I’ve also had a situation where the grounds keepers were outside my office window doing their jobs and I asked if they could finish another building while I wrapped up a call at work and was told by them and management that it’s their job and to basically deal with it even tho my at home job is how I pay the bills. Management has a very nice nasty way of dealing with certain residents. So I guess if you have an at home job and need certain accommodations just don’t expect much help."
