She sold a brand new home with 1 key at closing and on her word said she would send the additional 5 keys. 2 months later she refuses to provide the keys and will not answer telephone calls. She communicated only via text message at her leisure. The brand new home is full of repair issues and dealing with her to get the appropriate repairs done has been a nightmare. She sends contractors who do horrible repairs and when they show up it is unannounced without a courtesy phone call to ensure the home owner is available. So nothing actually ever gets done. Gaye Leggett went so far as to tel me that a lock only comes with 1 key on a brand new house with 3 exterior doors. She is unethical, rude, and does not do professional Business.
