"If I could give zero stars I would. I keep getting email receipts of payment from this apartment complex for ‘Anjelica’ . I’m a home owner and I don’t live in Mississippi. I’ve tried SEVERAL times to call when the apartment first opens and calls get routed to voicemail or I get hung up on. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!"

"My move in was smooth and the unit was better than I remembered. The staff made it easy with her professionalism and kindness. The neighborhood is small and quiet. I love it."

"I wouldn’t recommend this place to any young couples or any one with kids who are active. They have very messy and unprofessional management in the office. If you are a young couple or a mom who yells a lot this is not the best place for you, they will complain and even call the police on you. They have some great families and kids who live out here, also some who are nosey and tell everything. People can’t seem to mind their business in village place! You can’t even sit on your balcony with out feeling comfortable your being watched and monitored for everything you do. They complain about your company tell you who and who not can be at your home. They show no mercy and are not considerate of others! I thought I was moving into a very nice, private comfortable complex but that didn’t last to long. Your kids can’t play outside they complain and pick and choose who they want to tell on. Most importantly the management in office is very unprofessional and messy & some tenants are very nosey and report everything u do. It’s like prison inside those gates. You have to whisper in your home or they will think your yelling for help as if someone is beating on you. It’s plain out ridiculous!"

"If you’re a senior citizen looking for a quiet place to come home to then maybe this is the place for you. I wouldn’t recommend anyone with kids to move here as this is not a kid friendly place honestly it’s not a good place for young couples either. The most excitement you may get out of these apartments is from the pool seeing how that’s the only thing that’s been available to the residents. The playground has been closed for months & the volleyball area hasn’t been set up since I have moved here. I have never lived in an apartment before where I haven’t felt at peace like anything your kids do they will be ridiculed for it. Yet certain people & kids get special privileges that work neighborhood watch for them. If I would had known what I knew now I definitely wouldn’t have been anxious to move here. The best thing about these apartments are the residents there are a lot of great families that live here."

"this is the worst place i ever lived infested with roaches. when you first get the apartment they give it to you so dirty. next thing you find you are infested with cockroaches that get in everything you could even find it on your bed. and i am a very clean ocd person, and no matter how much i clean and how much i spend on buying roach spray and much more they are everywhere.the management sucks, they dont care anything, they are so rude, bad mannered people its so bad there i had to break my lease i have a baby and i am also pregnant so i cant deal with all this anymore and at least i expected for them to say im sorry for the problem or something about it but no they dont care anything. worst place i wont recommend it to anyone it wasnt only my building the whole complex might be infested with roaches."
