"Very unorganized and rude! I did all of my paperwork in a rushed time manner and paid the application and deposit fees , the lady that was in the office at first was very nice and understanding but the new lady seems very mean and rude , she’s diligently not understanding nor any help to me cause of my age and it really made me feel some type of way …I went through the whole process just for me to be told that I wasn’t going to get approved because I’m 19 and in the state of Mississippi you must be 21 that’s what the new lady in the office told me . But besides all of that the houses are really nice ."
