"Me and my family came down for a family reunion and we had a blast at the hotel got in the pool with the kids customer service was good room service was good and the location was on point everything was perfect."

"This hotel is under renovation. I would have never stayed there but the new owner explained to me what was going on and wanted me to look at the room before renting. I decided to stay based on the fact the new owners we're honest and forthcoming. The rooms are still outdated for the most but the bed was clean and ok for sleeping for a few hours on a long road trip. I believe once it's renovated this hotel well be a great place to stay as I have faith in people's character and honestly says volume about someone. Parking is a pain but hopes this gets sorted out better with renovation."

"I walk into the room and there is dirty sheets mold all over the vents there's not a single clean surface in the room. There are no locks on the door. The toilet is yellow the shower has rings bigger than Saturn there was a live maggot on the floor at this point I don't want to stay here. I want to the front desk which has been 23 minutes since I paid I request a refund and I get told no. I then have him call his supervisor also tells me no so I paid $68 to have the dirtiest f****** room in existence and live bugs crawling and told that I'm not going to get a refund avoid this place like the plague or you may actually catch the plague.."

"My husband and I were told by his boss that this was a safe and clean place. We booked the room and by time we got into town we were tired and ready to crash. The outside of the building looks okay. I was hopeful that this would be a decent place. We had to walk through the front building, out the side door, then around the back of the building to access our room due to poor parking assignments. The doors had brown paint peeling over old paint that looked like graffiti. The moment we opened the door to our non smoking room, the heavy weft of musty smoke hit us. We asked for another room and the same thing happened except am ancient tv and broken night stand also deterred us. After trying yet again another room we asked for a refund. What a waste of time and energy-unloading and loading up 2 babies and all our things. Do not go here."

"The rooms are not cleaned well at all. My air conditioner was as raggedy as they get. The cord had to be folded a certain way for it to work. When the staff cleaned the room they didn't empty trash cans or pick up towels. Had to ask for more towels every day. The rooms stink. Ice and vending machines do not work. No fire alarms. Runs stopped up and dirty. Cold water knob in the shower did not work. Cleanest and nicest part of hotel is lobby. Phones not even connected or working. Fridge didn't work. No light bulbs in the lamps. Never stay here. Never I advice sleeping in vehicle before staying in this hotel"
