"It was not the best place I ever stayed but it was more than adequate. A few shortcomings but we slept well. Pet friendly and that's a big plus for us."

"While staying at the hotel, I was in my room when I hear somebody attempt to open the door with a key. I had the deadbolt on so I’ve heard this stops someone who may have key access from entering. I then hear knocking. I answered the door and the hotel manager is standing there with painting supplies. He asks me if he could come in and paint my door. I politely tell him no because I am still in the room. He says ok and goes away. About an hour later, I hear someone attempt to open my door again. I stand up and go to the door this time and the manager is back. I don’t know if he assumed I’d be gone and was going to paint my door without me knowing but he had a shocked expression on his face. He again, asks if he can paint my door. I give him the same response that I am in the room and don’t feel comfortable with him painting the door while I’m in there nor do I want to smell paint fumes for the rest of my stay. He does not take no for an answer and says he has to paint the door. I told him to come back tomorrow when I have checked out. He said he will not be here tomorrow and he is painting the door. I wasn’t about to go back and forth with this man because he was clearly not taking no for an answer and would not go away and I was nervous he’d come back when I wasn’t in the room so I rather supervise him now then him do it when I wasn’t there. This situation is extremely weird and made me uncomfortable because I don’t know who this man was, he never identified himself as staff, and refused to take no for an answer. The hotel has done nothing to right this other than apologize. Hilton has thrown “1,000 points” my way but ultimately it seems this guy is just going to continue to do this and creep out all of his female guests."

"We've stayed here before as a halfway point on our to Texas and it wasn't too bad but this time they charged us $75.00 for a pet fee when the Hilton online shows the pet fee of $50.00. I had to call Hilton HQ and they had to create a customer assistance case to work the refund. My point was not the amount of money but the fact that charging a higher amount than that on the website is, "false advertising" and a violation of Federal trade law."

"This place is a dump. Just save yourself the trouble and bypass this property. I average 180-200 nights a year in hotels and this is in my top 2 of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Internet terrible, room terrible and dirty, bed terrible and dirty, toilet would barely flush. One towel and one washcloth to use every two days. Can’t say anything positive about my stay other than Im glad Im out of there now!"

"The beds are not comfortable..the cleaning lady didn't come into our room so all the towels from two days was still in the floor..had to go get more to use...the air barely worked so near middle day got real hot do better yall.."
