Mr. Allen is a very respectful man . The maintenance is always up today and fix quick.. The apartments are spacious and well kept. "Manager did popup inspection, & I was told the dishes n sink were ok,witnessed approval by maintenance, b/c No info/reason given for popup. Bt as of today(5/24/23) I was given a violation b/c of dishes. Plus, Y r the kids made to stay inside until 4,when its Not stated n lease & apts r trying to be controlled as bedrooms to house.I need higher management to contact me over problems from manager having favoritism when not getting personal requests/advances made. Please contact me ASAP, I am a current resident. Thanks."
