Quality Inn

"Stayed on 2/11/2024. Didn’t have any issues other than hail during our stay but $118 for this hotel was way too much. We would have liked a bottom floor room because our luggage was heavy but they claimed to not have any available due to remodeling. My husband had the hot breakfast and said it was decent."

"My husband & I recently had car issues and needed to spend 2 nights in Brookhaven. So glad we picked Quality Inn. Amanda and her staff were wonderful. They helped us out any way they could. They really cared about us. We were very comfortable in our room. The breakfast offered a wonderful selection. Since we couldn't drive anywhere it was lovely to know we could start the day with coffee, bagels and a nice variety of breakfast goodies. If future travel plans take us through Brookhaven there is no doubt we would book a stay at Quality Inn."

"Overall, this is a decent hotel. Just lower your expectations a bit. Try out wifi with desk clerk BEFORE going to your room. Desk staff very nice. Room was “recently” updated so there is some new furniture. Biggest issue was wifi. Impossible to get on. Had to go to front desk. She got it by going to a particular website. I have an iPhone. I never have issues getting online. Had to turn off wifi. Then back on. Go to settings again. Click “forget this network” then go to the “special” website to another wifi access point etc etc. it was ridiculous. Same with husbands iPad. She said it was in the room manual. It wasn’t. In the morning, we were out of wifi. Didn’t bother to try again. Ridiculous! . Good luck with wifi. Staff person was nice and helpful but I don’t need that challenge at the end of my day. But not her fault. Little things….microwave was not plugged in so we had to pull out the furniture to do. Floor lamp did not work but husband fidgeted w outlet and got it to work. One outlet had the cover plate dangling in the floor. Outlets near bed had issues too but after adjusting the cords “just so” Got them to work. Hot tub was in the bathroom, not living area. It was forest green and looked to be 20 yrs old. Desk chair was peeling vinyl. Not EVERYTHING was updated. We received TWO towels. So had to request more. Bed and pillows were fine. Breakfast was very good. Eggs bacon fresh fruit, the usual waffle maker, etc. Location: very walkable … little caesers within a half block. Walmart and Dollar Tree about 1 block. No busy highway to cross."

"So far so good clean room and linens, room smells clean tv works lol quiet atmosphere not to expensive and I don't know about yall but I like to sleep with ac on and it works good so they'll get a A in my book"

"Definitely 5 STAR Review! I visit family in Brookhaven and stay at the Quality Inn several times a year. Every stay, I find this hotel to be a great option! You get what you pay for. Great customer service and VERY friendly. My room has always been clean, pest free and quiet! The recent renovations are really nice to! Overall, very seamless easy stay. I would recommend to anyone looking in the area!"
