Recently i had to work with a representative from there named Casey Beard she was so transparent about the new lease and i called her at least 8 times about questions and she was was patient with me and help me understand everything. We are so happy there."

"This place is a rip off! You will not get your $600.00 deposit back. $25.00 per nail/screw hole in the wall? You're responsible for exterior lights to be replaced? Our daughter reported damage to the screened in porch after a storm and they never repaired it. Instead, they charged she and her roommates after their lease was up. Only got $90 out of a $600.00 deposit. Spread the word. Hooper Hollow is a scam. Multiple double- charges on their cleaning receipt. $25.00 TO PUT A DAB OF PUTTY IN A SCREW HOLE? Go spend your money anywhere but Hooper Hollow."
