"Management worked with me to fix any problems I had with the unit on move-in. Units have been updated recently with new finishes, appliances, etc. Responsive maintenance team. Incredibly spacious with high ceilings, about twice the size of my previous apartment (1300sqft vs 700sqft) for about the same price. Private back patio and yard space. Having lived all over Oxford, I can confidently say this is the best value and highest quality anywhere in town. If you can find an open unit I would definitely take the opportunity to move in."

"We lived here for two and half years. This is one of the best places to live in Oxford. The place is near to campus and the stop for Yellow Line bus is just 1 min away from the apartment. Rooms are spacious, and houses are clean and well maintained. And the main thing is that the owner and the maintenance team are very professional and kind. Mr Taylor, the owner, often visited us and asked if we had any problems. My wife often admires the humbleness of Mr Taylor and his family. Thank you Taylor Pointe team. I cherish the days we had spent in your colony."

"This is one of the best complexes in Oxford for the price! Our townhouse is ~1300 square feet 2 bedroom with a back patio, which is much larger than nearby apartments of similar cost. It's conveniently located off Anderson Road with nearby bus stops and only a few minute walk from Jackson Ave. Taylor Pointe is much smaller than most of the complexes surrounding it, which gives it a quiet and safe vibe. It's clean and well maintained, with frequent visits from landscaping. Management is very responsive to questions or problems and always has things fixed very quickly. They're friendly, professional, and much more pleasant to converse with than the management that I have encountered at larger complexes. Overall this has been a lovely place to live!"

"Safe and quite neighborhood. Less than a minute walk to a nearest bus stop. Many restaurants in walking distance in Jackson avenue. Two bed units have 3-full baths ! 3 parking spaces, and if you are lucky you can get a unit with private fenced backyard ! Management is very responsive."
