"Perfect location in town, easy access to campus and The Square!"
"These are the perfect townhomes for college students. 3 story with a garage “entertainment center” for gatherings. The kitchen and living room is so spacious. Big courtyard for outdoor events. Comes with 2 flat screens already mounted in the unit. Auburn is the best, she is always readily available to answer any questions and always makes sure maintenance request are done in a timely manner. Highly recommend West 100"
"I would give West 100 an overall 3 stars. The apartments themselves need some work but like any apartments owned by people from out of town... it's about the bottom line. I will give Auburn, the property manager, 5 stars. She is good at what she does, communicates, and wants you to have the best possible experience. Hey West... Keep her around!"
"I love living at West 100!!! The best part about this apartment complex is that it is extremely close to campus which is great for students. The management at this property is the BEST of the BEST. They have always been very professional and considerate and happy to do anything whenever it needs to be done. Especially, Auburn Brooks. I have contacted her many times and she has always made me feel welcome and appreciated. The maintenance staff is also very fast and so sweet. Everyone employed here does their job with excellence. I absolutely love living here and would not want to live anywhere else."
