Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"Last night around 10:30ish I come here to pick up my online order. I ordered the surf and turf ~ comes with 2 tenders, shrimp, biscuit, and a side. I get to the window and the young lady tells me they don’t have the 2 tenders. I ask for 2 pieces of regular chicken instead. After she communicates with the manager across the room, she tells me they don’t do substitutions. I then ask could I get more shrimp in place of the two tenders they didn’t have. Girl at the window tells me she doesn’t understand….i explained again, she gets a bit irritated, tells me she doesn’t get what im asking for. I tell her one last time, “i ordered the surf and turf. Comes with two meats. But you all are out of one of the meats. I understand you can’t give me two pieces of chicken in place of the tenders, so can I get more shrimp? Shrimp comes with it, so can I get more to make up for the tenders y’all don’t have. I’ve paid for two meats.” She tells me no. She asks for the manager to come to the window. Manager doesn’t want to obviously. So I finally hear the manager say well give her two pieces of chicken. I get my food, I don’t have the cocktail sauce that comes with it, I have 4 shrimps, and two of the driest pieces of chicken, with a hard biscuit…this means if I didnt ask for anything in place of my tenders and just settled for the “no’s”, they were gonna give me 4 shrimps, a side, and a biscuit, but I PAID for two meats, a side, and a biscuit….never again."

"Very poor service, but it was 7:30pm. Chicken was not up to Popeyes standard we only ate about 30% of what we purchased. This Popeyes is not up to Popeyes standards. Someone needs to go in and improve Food Quality, Service Standards, and make them clean a very greasy lackluster Popeyes."

"I have been sitting here for 15 minutes, and no one came to the counter to even acknowledge my presence, But the manager had time to come around acknowledge her parents take the order and give them their food, then proceeded to take my order. No one in the back kitchen area is wearing gloves. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Popeyes. I live here in Clinton, but would never visit this location again."

"This is the worst customer service. My husband was in the drive thru line for 45 minutes only to get hard biscuits and chicken that was fried to long. Once he got home I called the store, the manager told me she would replace the chicken, my husband was like do I have to stay in line for that long period of time she said Sir I cant do nothing about the line. ( she could have said I will drop you some fresh chicken so park on the side and I will bring it out to you) I asked for her name she said ma'am you don't need my name because I am not talking rude to you, I said I do need it, she said what for, I told her I will be calling corporate. I told her my chicken was spicy she said it was not because I only dropped mild. ( They put a spicy wing in my box alone with the breast and thighs she told us we could only have) so I am a liar now. I tried to tell her it was spicy, she got offended and said are yall going to come get this chicken or what so I will know to drop it. I guess we took to long she said we are already short of staff and just hung up in my face. These people need better training or another job. She think I wont get her name and store number but its a matter of time. I remember her, she is always rude looks at you funny and will not speak or great you when she takes your order. If everyone stop going she will not have a job. I wouldn't hire her to bathe my dog. Customer Service is not it."

"Been here regularly. Food is good and they typically have okay service. However this time I received a glare, snide remark, and eye-roll when our food came out and we didn’t realize it. Upon all of our orders being wrong and no receipt given, I had to pay for a replacement sandwich because a bite was taken out of the wrongly-given one. We couldn’t even do what this sign on the door said and the rude lady (after yelling at her coworker) literally followed us out to lock the door at 8:53. Might be worth the extra drive to go to a different restaurant next time."
